Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process.

Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Gear
Place your items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
